It’s black with a nice, creamy head. the aroma has notes of roasted malt and a light sourness. The flavour has notes of roasted malt oats, light sweetness, light coffee, sweet licorice and a suitable bitterness. The body is good and rather full. Curtesey of Tom/After4ever - thanks :)

Pours expectedly dark with light tan head. Aroma malty and fresh with a dusky fall leaf character. Light flavors of chocolate, coffee and molasass. A bit sweeter less full bodied than expected. A good everyday dark beer.

Bottled. A dark brown beer with a red shine under a brown head. The aroma is sweet mlaty with notes of caramel and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of roasted malt, as well as medium notes of caramel. I find the body thin. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle. Black pour with a thin, light tan head. Sweet, mildly lactic malty aroma. A hint of roast. Light nutty start with a hint of milk chocolate. Smooth through the middle and a mild finish. Nice palate for the style.

This is an average everyday oatmeal stout. Pretty fullbodied, with an oily texture and somewhat chewy on the mouthfeel. A bit of hoppy bitterness comes through in the finish.

Bottle. [Great two day tasting session @ Papsoe] Large bubbly off-white head that mostly diminished. Black color with a reddish glow. Fair display of lacework. Aroma of bread, berries, sweet chocolate, toasted malt. Over the palate some light bitter coffee and dark chocolate. Roasted malt, liquorish and dried fruit. Full bodied with an average carbonation and somewhat thick texture. Moderated sweet flavor with light bitterness. Roasted malt and hint of liquorish like finish that lingers.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of Degarth. Clear, dark brown with a reddish hue and a dense, beige head. Burned and a little chocolatey sweet aroma. Medium-bodied with sweet notes of hard roasted malts and a whiff of vanilla. Subdued bitterness. A little low in carbonation. 120108
