Bottle. "Oatmeal Stout" Pours black with thin tan head, reduces to lacing. Aroma is chocolately and sweet. Flavor is okay, nothing too complex or exciting, but pretty good. Definitely a sweet stout, but roasted malts come through in the end. Seems a bit thin. Decent.

Pour almost black. Nice head but thins quickly. Coffee chocolate with a long bitter finish. Somewhat thick mouthfeel. A good beer for the style.

Bottle poured into pint glass. Dark, opaque brown colour with a short tan head that thins into a film. Aroma has hints of chocolate and almost a perfume sweetness. The flavour mellows with more chocolate and a nice alcohol warming in the finish. Pleasant stout but nothing spectacular.

12oz Bottle, pours dark brown with a this off white head. Aroma is malty and sweat and that is how it started to taste, then tuned a little sour. I am not sure how old the bottle iI got was, but it was not good as expected.

(bottle, thanks Skyview) Pours black with very little head. Aroma is heavy on chocolate with a berry-like smell and slight coffee. Flavor is lightly bitter with some chocolate and a decent roasty finish.

[Bottle, thanks Skyview] Pours dark brown with a light brown head. Aroma is roasted malt--almost a little smoky--with notes of chocolate. Taste is similar, but quite a bit weaker. Thin. Decent finish.

A sweet oatmeal stout. Black in color. Some lactose sugar, and lightly roasted malt. A well made beer but I’m not crazy about the lactose.

Picked up a single 12-oz bottle at John’s Marketplace in Portland, Oregon. Pours an opaque dark reddish brown brew with a thin tan head that slowly dissolves. Aroma of dark roasted malt, some dark chocolate, dark pitted fruits and a touch of molasses. Taste is full bodied, very lightly carbonated with a smooth and creamy texture. Nice flavors of oatmeal, dark chocolate and toasted malt. Finish is semi-sweet with a slight chocolate aftertaste.
