Bottled. A dark brown beer with a red shine under a brown head. The aroma is sweet mlaty with notes of caramel and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of roasted malt, as well as medium notes of caramel. I find the body thin. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of Degarth. Clear, dark brown with a reddish hue and a dense, beige head. Burned and a little chocolatey sweet aroma. Medium-bodied with sweet notes of hard roasted malts and a whiff of vanilla. Subdued bitterness. A little low in carbonation. 120108

I’m confused. When I had this beer, I found it lacking in roast, and far too fruity-tasting for my liking. Obviously, a re-sample will be in order, if anyone wants to help me out with that.

Black color; thick head. Light aroma of roasted malt. Weak taste, some malt, some roasted malt, some caramel, light sweet liquorice, but really too simple, soft.
