MiP (6026), Flensburg, Germany Sep 10, 2008 Bottle, 7.3%. BB 2003, 5 years ago. Almost clear golden colour. Small white head. Slightly peppery aroma. The flavour is quite peppery, some oxidation, but not too bad. Probably no worse than a fresh one. fonefan (4871), Ulfborg, Denmark Mar 5, 2008 Bottle. Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, light hoppy, perfume, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (260108) KingofCastle (187), London, Ontario, Canada Jul 14, 2007 can: Used to drink this frequently to start a session a few years back. A few cans of this stuff & you are ready. For a strong lager, it isn’t that bad, at least it is drinkable. Having a can of this again reminds me how crappy so much of the beer is now a days. I might actually down this before a Lakeport product to be honest. This is all about function, not quality. Ah the good old days . . .
