Fresh, slightly sweet wheat-malty nose with moderate fruity notes, mainly banana, accompanied by a faint hoppy touch. Light-sweet and sourish flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp mouthfeel. Wheaty and banana- and citrus fruity taste; moderately sweet and sourish fruity finish with a clovy touch in the aftertaste. Decent Hefeweizen (29.06.08).

bottle, bought at the brewery. Cloudy bright pale yellow, big white and creamy head. Full-bodied, rather malty and with very intensive hints of banana. Fruity, chewy - a solid example of the style.
