| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 10, 2007 Deep red body. Caramel sweetness with a faint floral, spicy hop aroma. The caramel is more pronounced on tasting and the beer finishes with a satisfying bitterness and characteristic American hop flavor. Not bad. Aurelius (2655), Tallahassee, Florida, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | May 16, 2007 Tawn, orange-brown, thin filmy head. Mild nutty, grassy aroma without much yeast really apparent. Pretty smooth, almost a brown, some roast, medium-heavy bitter. A nice buttery mouthfeel without too much diacetyl. Dry, chalky. Good food beer. Furit. Certainly the most sophisticated brew here. Cornfield (4975), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 11, 2007 From the tap it poured aclear amber body with an off-white head. Lots of lacing. The aroma is a fruity malt with a touch of caramel and a slight herbal bitterness. Medium-bodied, the fruits are clearly apple in flavor, the caramel becomes chewy, and some earthiness is added to balance it out. Quaffable.

Adequate flavor, but it better be for their signature brew. i really liked how it made the not-so-great food worth the price of the sampler. MMM...Beer (385), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

Thought this was a nice, "better-than-your-average" red. Crisp on the palate with a fruity nose and a nicekick of hops.
