From the tap it poured aclear amber body with an off-white head. Lots of lacing. The aroma is a fruity malt with a touch of caramel and a slight herbal bitterness. Medium-bodied, the fruits are clearly apple in flavor, the caramel becomes chewy, and some earthiness is added to balance it out. Quaffable.

Draft sampler at Indy. Poured clear medium amber with an average frothy white head that mostly diminished with fair lacing. Light malty citrus aroma. Light to medium body with a watery texture. Light sweet flavor with a light sour finish of moderate duration.

Clear reddish amber hue. Malty caramel, biscuit aroma. Sweet caramel/toffee malts, smooth and creamy, mild hoppy citrus balance.

Good look for a pale ale. Adequate flavor, but it better be for their signature brew. i really liked how it made the not-so-great food worth the price of the sampler.

Aroma: 6 Appearance: 3 Flavor: 7 Palate: 4 Overal: 16 Thought this was a nice, "better-than-your-average" red. Crisp on the palate with a fruity nose and a nicekick of hops.

Sampler at Downtown Indy. Poured a small sized off-white head with fine-large sized bubbles that completely diminished. Very little carbonation, transparent and a copper hue. Malty, caramel and hoppy aroma. Flavor was malt and hops. Tingly, hoppy mouthfeel. Light-medium bodied beer with good lacing.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a medium sized head of finely sized mostly lasting off-white colored bubbles that left behind a fair lacing. The body was transparent softly carbonated and copper brown in color. It had a mild red malt aroma. The mouth feel was smooth and somewhat tingly with a red malt flavor that mellowed in the finish.
