| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 11, 2007 From the tap it poured aclear amber body with an off-white head. Lots of lacing. The aroma is a fruity malt with a touch of caramel and a slight herbal bitterness. Medium-bodied, the fruits are clearly apple in flavor, the caramel becomes chewy, and some earthiness is added to balance it out. Quaffable.
