Cornfield (4331), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Feb 11, 2007 I probably should’ve rated this higher because I like apple sauce, and rinking this was like drinking runny apple sauce. It pours out thick from the tap, a headless hazy straw-colored drink. It’s described as being mixed with a sorghum based beer, but I can’t detect it at all. So my rating seems to be for a nice, fresh apple sauce.

opaque dark yellow, headless,
sweet applesauce aroma with a hint of brown sugar,
rich body,
lots of apple flavor with the rich body gives it a applesauce texture to go with the aroma and flavor, light sweetness brings out the apple character but is then balanced by a bit of granny smith tartness, a bit of grainyness from the sorghum
