A pale, hoppy ale, perfect for summer. Best enjoyed cold with a slice of lemon.

Bottled from Alcazar Brewery shop. A decent enough pale ale, dry feel to it, some slighlty itchy hops, a competent Alcazar brew. But served cold with lemon? COme on, Alcazar, no need to jump on that bandwagon! It’s a firt beer as it stands; no need for faux-continental shenanigans.

Bottle conditioned. Golden and orange, hazy with a small head. Aromas are light orange fruitiness with dry, peppery hops. Flavours are hoppy and dry with some biscuit malts. Also has yeast with some sweet caramel. A decent hoppy ale, not sure about the recommended slice of lemon, though.
