Cask (gravity dispense) at Reading Beer Festival, April 2006. Probably a festival special as I can’t find any reference to this anywhere else. Not sure where the Tabearts name came from either. Anyway, this is a mid-copper coloured, predominantly malty, strong bitter with some dusty hop character. Fairly full body. Clean and smooth. Quite pleasant without being in any way outstanding.

Cask (gravity) at Reading BF 2006. Similar to Fox Tail Ale, a fairly chunky, well malted bitter.

Gravity Cask @ Reading Beer Festival 2006. Malty robust body with some sweet fruit and earthy hops. Fairly well balanced.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 06. Copper/russet colour with no head. Bit of toffee, some hop which is a bit earthy. Not keen on this and even had a bit of rubber.

Cask @ Reading 06: Amber with a light beige head. Simple malty start, fruity mid. Good session bitter.
