Sammy (3135), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Nov 10, 2005 Five hops and six malts undisclosed. Big head, nice bitter. 85 IBU. A choice of a session ale. Bitterness offset by malt in a nice smooth balance. Better than average IPA and finishes crisp and clean
Davin (48), Vermont, USA Jan 17, 2008 On tap at alchemist. Complex flavors really satisfy. Citrus and spruce aromas. A well made beer. CaptainCougar (4663), Rockville, Maryland, USA Nov 19, 2007 Sampled on tap at the brewpub on 9/18/07: Pours a hazy orange bronze with a nicely-lacing wispy off-white head. Aroma of big fresh grapefruity hops and lightly sweet pale malt. Body starts fairly full with some biting carbonation and a big bittering hoppy flavor toward a drier lingering bitter finish.
