On tap at the brewery,rotating. IBU listed was...2! BRETT, yeast, sugar. Lots of lace from a cloudy cloudy orangey with a white head. Lemony, a fine refreshing clean finish. Would I love to have this again.

May 19, 2008 Draft at brewpub, citrus aromas, cloudy pour (mine was from the cask) .The Bretts were light enough to appeal to the masses, yet still bring sour to the table. Nice clean finish, a perfect summer beer.

May 18, 2008 Draft at the brewpub - Poured a cloudy yellow amber in color with a foamy white head. Some lacing on the glass. Aroma was citrus/lemony with a hint of spicy hops. Flavor was fairly sour with lots of citrus... characteristic of the Brettanomyces that John uses to ferment this brew. Unlike other "wild yeast" brews that I have had here, this one did not appeal to me all that much... just too sour.
