Another pale lager, this one sampled at Riga airport. Quite soft, sweet flowers, smooth and easy drinking. Some grassy hops, too. Not unpleasant, but I would save the luxury claim for something better.

Bottle. Medium sized white head that mostly diminished, fair amount of lacing, transparent, carbonation duly noted, and a pale yellow hue. The aroma was lightly malty, hoppy and some dishwater soap. Malty, hoppy and finishes dry. Slightly tingly and dry mouthfeel. Medium in body. Somewhat of a nasty tasting beer IMO as the lack of a good flavor was distracting and uninviting to me. Not a beer I want again.

Pale golden beer with a fast fading white head. Aroma is quite nice and hoppy. Sort of a combination of noble zestiness over a lean light malt. It’s pretty interesting for what it is. There is a hint of something metallic in here as well that is a bit distracting but it dissipates fairly quickly. Lean and crackery malt base withlight fresh floral hoppiness. Even a bit of yeasty character on the back... quite a nice surprise.

Bottle. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is clear medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (herbs), with a light note of soap. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, slightly husky. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. A bit grainy and soapy, but not too bad overall.

Bottle from Total WIne. Aroma seems to be grassy/noble hop (unique?). Pale golden color with a stiff four finger head that was stable. Thinnish in body. Mild carbonation (must have gone to its head). Pale malt and grain flavors backed by enough grassy hop. Finish is clean, and the bitter seems to be building. As it goes along, I can admit the hop is not at all familiar - just similar to common nobility.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a medium sized head of foamy with a frothy top white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a slightly hazy typically carbonated yellow-white colored body and a poor lacing. The aroma was lagerish and grassy. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start with a mellow finish. The flavor contained notes of hops and and was grassy with a crisp hop backing. A marginally good brew.

Draught served ina big mug. Nice golden colour with a white steady head. Aroma of grains bitter hops and some butter, slight citrus. The flavour has some sweetnes with a bit of malt, some bitter hops and grains. Boring.

Keg (Victory, Riga) Pale gold, thin head. Dishwater and maybe some malt aroma. Very plain malty taste, and what I think is supposed to be hop ends up just being nasty.
