A red-brown beer with a chocolate brown disappearing head. The aroma is slightly roasty with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and candy sugar, leading up to a dry end. In my book this isn’t a porter, but closer to a Vienna, though it is still an OK beer.

(Bottle 50 cl) A dark, reddish brown beer with a bubbly, beige, dissipating head. Aroma of roasted malt and dried fruit. Fairly solid body, Starts rather sweet, but you quickly get the sense of some burned malt that also leave a fairly distinct bitterness. A very solid Porter. 300706

Bottle, 6.8%. Black colour, small creamy light brown head. Distinct liquorice flavour, quite sweet with a hint of salt. Slick mouthfeel, mild carbonation. The bitterness is probably high, but it is not felt much against the sweetness. The alcohol is only noticed in the late finish when it warms my nose a bit.

Bottled. Black opaque, huge brown foamy head. Fruity aroma and a bit soapy too. Sweet roasted malt with hints of caramel in the flavour. Sweetish finish, not much aftertaste.
