Lemongrass nose. Clear yellow average vanishing white head. Malty, tart lemon flavor, bitter lemon grass finish. Decent balance. Not overly sweet like I have come to expect from foreign lagers. Alcohol well concealed.

Orange-coloured beer with a medium head. Fruity smell with syrupy malt, and hints of alcohol. The taste is really watery, and extremely sweetly malty, with hints of grassy hops. The mouthfeel is also quite watery.

It poured a clear golden liquid with a small foam that left some lacing. It didn’t have any odor at all and tasted very watery and bland.

Bottle. Pours clear and sparkling dark yellow with an average, frothy, off-white head, mostly lasting with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (hay, straw, meal), light hops (herbs, grass), heavy yeast (horse blanket, barnyard, earth) with notes of alcohol, honey, and ginger. Medium bodied, gritty texture, lively carbonation, and a chalky finish. Average duration, moderate sweetness, light acidity and bitterness.

16.9 ounce bottle from Wine Warehouse in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a slightly hazy orange color that seems vibrant and almost artificial. Large head, fair head retention and much lacing. Aroma is grain, sweet malts, corn and green apple. Taste is very bitter and grassy with a finish of sweet malts and syrupy fruits. Sticky texture and medium bodied.

500 ml. Deep golden color, frothy white head. Floral aroma with some alcohol. Full malty flavor with some alcohol in the finish. Medium-full body, medium carbonation. Somewhat heavy, but not really bad.
