The pour is bright golden with a thin head and nice lacing. Nice dry bready flavors with a touch of caramel sweetness and a crisp pine/floral hop profile. Some bitterness comes in and lingers for a while. I found this really nice. Very sessionable, I could drink this a lot. AmEricanbrew (2000), Almost, Texas, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 10, 2007 Picked up a single 12-oz bottle from Bottleworks in Seattle, Washington. Pours a semi-hazy coppery amber brew with a thick, lumpy off-white head that stays throughout the glass (pour through finish). One of the best retentions I’ve seen. Aroma of light multi-grain biscuits, critusy hops, sweet apples and a touch of yeast. Taste is medium bodied, lightly carbonated with a good balance of caramel malt and citrus zest bitterness. Finish has a mild citrus bite with a slight pepper flavor in the aftertaste. Angeloregon (2036), Portland, Oregon, USA

Piny, spicily hopped sharp nose. Carbonic prickly sharp mouthfeel . Finished with a good amount of citrus and floral hops over the tongue. Quite refreshing but unbalanced. joebrew (608), Farewell Minny; Hello Puyallup, Washington, USA
