Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly lasting.
Body is clear light to medium yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted bread/grain), moderately hoppy (flowers, herbs).
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter.
Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Fantastic little north German style pils...very bright and clean. Would buy this all the time if it was local.

Nov 25, 2005 (bottle) Clear golden colour with a mid-sized white foam. Grainy malty nose with a tinge of honey and grassy hops. Grainy malty taste, dry, slightly herbal hoppy and light bitter finish. Ok but definitely not great.

Aug 30, 2004 Bottle, sweetish and malty, especially for a pilsener. Hint of orange and just a hint of hops in the aroma, but hard to find in the flavor. A touch of hops in the aftertaste, maybe.
