Vague wheaty and banana fruity aroma. Flavour is light fruity, notes beyond banana, and with a medium sweet estery lingering touch. Goes into a dry wheaty finish. Somewhat more rustique. pivnizub (3900), Porúří, Germany Mar 6, 2008 Bottle (courtesy of joss): Hazy, visible carbonation, small, but stable foamy layer; sweet-malty (barley) nose with a discreet lemony fruitiness, illusions of turpentine and a light tartness, too; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, a bit fizzy; short, a bit tart, mainly malty-bitter finish. O.K., a drinkable Weizen with a lot of "Lager" influences.......... darkseduction (119), Zweibrücken, Germany Jan 21, 2008 Bottle 50cl. Typical german Hefeweizen in colour an smell.
