Sep 16, 2009 Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of over ripe fruits, hops, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet malt combined with notes of over ripe fruits, leading to a dry, alcoholic, and bitter hoppy finish. Thanks CaptainCougar for coming to Denmark and sharing this.

Sep 13, 2009 12 oz bottle. Cloudy brown with a bumpy beige head. Nose is orange, spruce and caramel. Smooth medium body with a tingle. Taste is caramel, orange, peach and grass. Soft bitter finish. Good IPA but not so memorable.

Sep 6, 2009 Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks to CaptainCougar. Clear golden/amber - white head. High malty, lovely hoppy, sweetness, bitterness, resin, toasted, knækbrød (swedish flatbread), licorice. Nice.

Aug 30, 2009 12 fl oz bottle, courtesy of CaptainCougar. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is hops fruity, light wooden, pine wood and caramelish roasted aroma. Fruity and solid caramelish flavoured. Bitter and dry flavoured. Lingering caramelish flavoured finish.

Aug 24, 2009 Bottle. Poured a clear dark orange color. The head was tall, creamy, and off white with excellent retention and lacing. Immediately after pouring it smelled very fruity ala citrusy hops. After sitting the glass for a minute or two some malty caramel, graham, and toasted bread emerged. Light to medium bodied and slightly sweet with mild to moderate hop bitterness. Tasted of caramel, orange blossom, and a hint of unripe apricot. Not bad
