| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Jul 23, 2007 On tap at the Ale Asylum Brew Pub. Poured a light yellow color with a small sized white head. Aromas and tastes of your generic blond ale. Grainy with a light malt sweetness. Nothing really standing out and quite boring compared to the other beers they had on tap! bu11zeye (5579), Frisco, Texas, USA

Aroma of lemon zest, grain, and grass. Flavor of hop (grassy, citric) and lightly toasted grain. JPDIPSO (4926), Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Nov 25, 2006 Bottle. Hazed light straw color with a snowy white head. Looks a bit like a wit. Mild citric and spice scent with hints of orange blossom honey and sweet pale malts. Something is slightly amiss as there is a mild soap/cleaner aroma as well. A light crisp tasting brew, that has just enough thickness in body not to seem watery, Perhaps some malto dextrin, which may explain some of the scents/flavors. Lightly floral hops flavors dance about with the citric hops and are joined late by simple pale malt. Simple, with enough complexity to be an honest brew. This would be great by the lake on a hot summer night. muzzlehatch (4427), Burlington, Vermont, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Dec 6, 2006 Draught sample at the brewery, mid-October 2006. Pungent-sweet aroma rising out of a hazy gold body with a lasting touch of head....honey, sweet malts and more than a touch of bready yeast make for some nice complexity in a lighter beer....body is much drier than I’d expect, lightly tart and a even sour to finish, thin pale malts and rather watery overall....still, not at all bad for the "Coors Light" of the lineup. Pours a cloudy pale golden honey with a white foamy head. Aroma of banana, walnuts, wheat and peppery hops. Taste of banana, stone ground wheat, and some spice. A bit watery aftertaste but better than your average golden ale. Ughsmash (4050), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 26, 2006 On tap at Ale Asylum. Poured a hazy, lighter golden with a short white head and some lacing. Nose was of grains and husk... some lemony notes... really quite pleasant actually. Flavor was of corn husk and grains.. sharp lemon and wheaty tartness around the tongue. On the palate the tart notes were well-placed and the carbonation was a tad high... solid, refreshing brew. badgerben (3605), Blaine, Minnesota, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 31, 2007 Light, hazy yellow color with no head. Faint aroma of honey. Very floral taste with a grainy finish. On the moderate side, but definitely a good Golden Ale.
