It had a great amber color and nice amber head. I would not drink tis again. pepsican (885), The Student Ghetto, Iowa, USA

Obviously a ton of citrus aroma with the cascade hops. Flavor was hops, citrus, bread, sweet malts, and lemon. Mildly carbonated, nice bitter finish. Very good. keoki182 (305), West Bend, Wisconsin, USA

The cascade hops in this one had fantastic citrus (sweet oranges) aroma. I was raving about just the nose of this one. The sip was more bitter than I was expecting from the aroma, but it’s what you expect in an APA. Could have been a bit fuller in mouthfeel and flavor, but not bad at all. ¾ (4999), Colorado, USA

Frsh, juicy, gummy candy hop nose, and crisp on the lips with super clean pils-like malt, snappy. IPA-like hop levels, both in juiciness/fruitiness and in bitterness, with some sweet cherry flavored malts in the finish. Pretty good. ceeman (3), Madison, Wisconsin, USA does not count | 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Dec 29, 2007 One of my favorites. Unfiltered, so it has a very cloudy orange appearance. Good hop punch and citrus taste, without too much grapefruit. Pretty good staying power with a full, bitter finish. awautlet (45), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Dec 21, 2007 Hazy and golden in color with a pale white head that fades to a ring around the glass. Citrusy and hoppy nose followed by loads of hops on the palate. More citrus and a bit of pine. A very hoppy, crisp finish but not overly bitter. kmeves (1080), Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 20, 2007 Light amber color, white frothy head with lacing. Big orange and grapefruit aroma with just a touch of caramel. Flavor is more of the same although a bit more piney. This APA leans more on the bitter side of the spectrum which is AOK is my opinion. Finish is pleasantly long and bitter. Medium to big mouthfeel. Good to see Ale Asylum will become a regular at my local beer store. Nephilium (556), Ohio, USA

Nice bittering, touch of caramel and citrus (especially orange) in the flavor, moderate bitter finish. Very tasty, just wish I could get it in my neck of the woods.
