Pour is hazed golden yellow with a thin off white head...smell is lightly toasty at first with a nice solid pine and strong grapefruit hoppiness...taste is lightly sweet and biscuity at first with an underlying sweetness moving into a light grapefruit hoppiness...good...

Poured a light orange color with a big white head. Aroma is of a nice blend of hops, but not in your face, has some malt behind it. Flavor is fairly hopped up for a pale ale, but still well balanced by lots of malts. Pretty good.

Great, straightforward IPA. Nice sticky, fresh hop flavor with a crisp, dry finish.

Bought in Madison. Pine. Hops. Solid IPA all around and one that can easily compete with any Midwest IPA.

Floral, sweet malt, fruit, and citrus aroma. Hazy Golden with thin white head. Grapefruit with mild sweet malt balance. Lasting bitter finish.

On tap at the brewery into a pint glass. Looks the way it should. Nice floral hop aroma. Soapy floral hops taste, a bit thin in feel, but a good bit of citric acid right before the mild malty finish with lingering hop acidity. The soapiness was pretty pervasive, and kept this from being a nicely delicate APA. Not as bitter as Sierra Nevada; could have compensated, but didn’t. Overall, pretty average beer. Enjoyable for a session back by the pool table.

Hops, hops, hops. Pretty intense, but something’s missing. Can’t put my finger on it. Rybra spilled plenty of it.

Wow! This is just great beer!! Poured with a nice frothy foamy head and some lace. Hazy amber color. Very hoppy aroma with some malt and caramel in there. I don’t pick up on the citrus; but, I do get a real dry chewiness. Great mouth. Satisfying with a clean pleasant finish. Superb session beer. Having a draught of this at Bodega Brew Pub downtown La Crosse, Wis. USA
