From a 12-oz. bottle, this pours a slightly cloudy golden amber with smallish white head. Good retention all the way down. As expected, plenty of cascade hops in the nose--but not much else. First taste is all hops, followed by more hops. Not much going on underneath the hops, sorry to say. Kind of watery. I was hoping for more depth, I guess.

I found this a little harsh. I still enjoyed the hoppyness and the grapruit citrus hit.

Can’t believe I had not rated this yet as this has been one of my go to beers since I moved here. Bottle. Pours hazy amber, thin off white head. Soapy and sweet citrus aroma, more like mango than grapefruit. Good balance in the flavor, nice citrus hop profile and nice caramel malt. Medium bodied. Decent bitterness, not over the top, but it is there. Nice, solid.

Opaque amber, thin head. Floral, slightly soapy, herbal citrus hop aroma. Very hoppy with some plant like chlorophyll flavors. Nicely balanced bitterness. Good body. Long hoppy finish with a metallic note.

pours a cloudy gold with a one finger fluffy off white head. aroma is hops and toasted malt with soap and orange peel. has a medium body with descent lacing and carbonation. flavor is the same as aroma but stronger and more of a toasted malt comes out a bit more. there is also some nice pine in the aftertaste and the pine sticks to the tongue for a while. there is sediment floating around and has a somewhat creamy mouth-feel but also a bit flat on the palate. as it warms more of a toasted caramel malt comes out in the aroma and flavor. not bad.

Big citrus smell and taste. Hoppy to the core of the beer, and then a big flowery finish. Still a good range of flavors: lemon, grapefruit, grass, potpourri, dry wood, oil. A moderate body gives the hops a distinct, long-lasting sharpness.

12oz bottle. Very cloudy orange with medium slowly diminishing head that laces well. Citrus & floral aroma. Strange floral aftertaste, did I just eat the bouquet of flowers? Long bitter finish with grapefruit or something like it. You wouldn’t think it by the name, but this beer is very hoppy… decent but not stellar.

Pour is deep, hazy orange with a big and creamy white head. Aroma is nicely hopped. Grapefruit and pine. Flavor is bitter up front and tasty. Kinda fades in the middle and end to a slightly watery palate. Good beer, and probably better fresh.
