| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 1, 2009 Nutty, with coffee and caramel. Was consumed almost side-by-side with New Glarus Fat Squirrel. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 25, 2009 Sports a wicked label. Is reddish-brown or cola in color. Smells very nutty and of caramel with piney, citrusy hops. Tastes predominantly of bitter nuts and has a raw, toasted flavor that is refreshing and unique. The same flavor profile shows up in their other beers but here it fits to style with grace. mabel (2612), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
