Flavor is of Sweet malts that transforms into a dark fruit/cherry flavors. Some alcohol flavor lingers as the bitter hops finish. Very good brew! The flavor is sweet with strong notes of malt and medium notes of caramel, leaing to a dry alcohol finish. The alcohol burns lightly on the palate.
