Cask gravity at St Albans BF 09. Clear gold, thin white head. Chilli on aroma. Quite limey in fact. Quite burning but not ridiculous. Quite challenging and to be honest I’m no chilli fan, but this was really drinkable. Bit too much lime if anything.

Cask conditioned Gravity Dispense St Albans BF 09. Straw yellow coloured with good inviting chili in the nose. The smell has definite sneezability. There’s good chilli in the mouth too but far too much citricity. A reasonable heat kick but needs more capasaicin and less lime to be the type of chili beer I rave about.
