| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Apr 22, 2006 Foggy light brown. Small, tan head settles quickly. Bitter aroma with lightly floral and piney hops and slightly toasty malt undertones. Same flavor. Dry. Moderately bitter, lightly sweet. Clean, dry finish. Medium/light, balanced body is a bit too thin. Simple session brew. Would pair nice with a big, juicy cheeseburger. 0o9i (335), Reno, Nevada, USA

Peter hooked this one up just so I could try it--thanks man! This is his "session beer" and I appreciate his effort (brewing and hooking up the tap). Amber with an off-white head, full lace. Aroma is apple, wood, pale malts, yeast--fruity//dark bread--honey comb. Body is medium/light, foamy carbonation, dry. Flavor is toasted malt/sour/wheat, sugar, apple skin//woody, earthy, noble hops with a light malt profile. True to the style, smoothe and drinkable. GreatLibations (1444), Last Supper, Arizona, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 5/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 3, 2006 Unhazed, dark brown in color with a slight glimpse of malt on the nose. Minimal froth w/ just enough residual effers to keep it from flat. Medium nectar. Dry and lean on flavor. Tangerines and citrus rind w/ a slight biscuity nuttiness on the finish. Very mellow. Just slightly bitter. Overall: not bad, very easy to drink, almost too simple. cbkschubert (1981), Cochise Co., Arizona, USA

| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Mar 7, 2006 Fruit Esters? Only a superb rater like Piscator would know what these are. I have been saving this one for a while, and have just opened it. It was wortht he wait. Nicely carbonated. Just the right amount of malt. I LIKE IT. awaisanen (1279), Irvine, California, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 1, 2006 Transparant pour with a reddish amber hue and almost no head at all. Malty aromas of Toblerone bar, raspberry, hops, and a hint of juicy raisin. Much more pleasing on the nostrils than on the tongue. The watery texture is accompanied by earthy flavors of bitter, late fall apples and pear. Palate is full of small, subtle dimesnions, but the texture is too watery to allow them to develop fully on the tongue. Slightly alcoholic, chokecherry smack. warriorx99 (85), USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Feb 25, 2006 This drink pours a dark amber color and has a slight malty aroma and taste, but isn’t over powering. Although an ESB, it isn’t overwhelmingly bitter. I would call this a pretty decent beer. I would certainly have it again. KAggie97 (2458), Ugly, Hot, and Humid Spring, Texas, USA

Pours a translucent amber with a nice head and clinging lace. Aroma is a bready orange. Flavor is light, with hints of bitter bread and roasted malt. Palate is a bit watery, but it coats. Needs more Ooomph!. A bit too subdued.
