I can see why, it was a stunning brew. Rich amber color, nice hop, malt, floral deep aroma. Very balanced, no alc noticable. Very easy drinker. Smells dark and red fruit sweet malty with a nice balance between the malt and hop scents. Tastes sweet caramelly malty smooth with a slight bitter red hop presence. Smooth and balanced. Light lacing. Aroma is pine and citrus hops and sweet toasted malt. Flavor is the same thing. Has a smooth, easy drinking finish. Medium body. Alesmith needs to bottle this stuff. Wonderful hop aroma. Starts good with a malty sweetness then bitters from hops fill the mouth with some pine hints and a slight alcohol flavor.. Ends with a long dry finish. Very good beer, warming and tasty!
