Clear reddish brown. Big lychee hop aroma. Sweet, yet soft with rounded filling mouthfeel. The finish is bitter, but not overly so. An extrovert red ale. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

Clear ruby ale with a small, creamy, khaki head. Good retention. Piney, citrusy aroma with caramel and toasty nuances. Medium to full-bodied and lightly creamy with moderate carbonation. Hearty caramel malt and low acidity are evident, but not the focus. Earthy, citrusy hop flavor steal the show. Finishes bitter, raspy and dry. Thanks go out to smokepot23 for getting this growler to me fresh and cold... from across the country! CaptainCougar (5530), Rockville, Maryland, USA

Has a great fresh hoppy aroma with some sweet dark caramel maltiness. Starts with a full malty toffee gritty sweetness well balanced with a fresh, green piney hop flavor. A very nice, dangerously drinkable brew and another winner from Alesmith. I sure wish they’d bottle this. Thanks Bob! JoeMcPhee (5030), Jackson Heights, New York, USA

Deep red-amber beer wit a thick creamy off-white head that sticks around for ever. Aroma is full of bright fruity hops. Cascadey grapefruit and a touch of orange peel as well as a soft sweet toasted matliness that forms the backbone of this beer. A lovely soft sweetness that has a bit of dried fruit and a soft toasted nutty sweetness. Fantastically rich palate with a soft creamy body that accentuates the malty sweetness but also showcases the bright citrusy hops in here. Moderate bitterness but there is a lot of fruity hoppiness. Man... this is just a fantastic beer. goldtwins (4084), Nesconset, New York, USA

Hoppy aroma that starts out citrusy then earthy. Malty underneath with some notes of cherry. Flavor was malty, nutty, toasty with hops mingling throughout. Light mild bitter finish. Medium body.
