Smells yeasty and sour. Tastes like apricot and some citrus, orange. Also tastes bready yeasty. Medium body, super crisp and vibrant carbonation. | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 14/20 | Jan 21, 2008 Tap @ the brewery. Pours a hazy golden-orange color with a medium-sized and lacy white head. Aroma is banana, coriander, citrus, and candy sugar. Taste is coriander, citrus, banana, pepper, and yeast and bread notes thrown in as well. Remains very smooth, almost a given since the alcohol content is relatively low. Very nice Belgian from AleSmith. brettpace (179), Northridge, California, USA
