Jul 19, 2009 From tap at the brewery. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild spiced and light wheaty. Spiced and slight yeasty base flavoured. Mild caramel malt presence and with distinct orange fruity and citric twist.

Feb 20, 2006 Draught at Concordia, Portland. Lightly hazy golden, rich creamy head. Spicy almond aroma. Medium sweet with rounded mouthfeel. Herbal spices and hay are there, as is a typical Belgian yeast character. A well balanced ale of very high quality.

The aroma delivers notes of coriander, lemon, overripe apple and peach. Well-balanced flavor with lemon and spice. Medium-bodied with an oily mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Short, spicy, dry finish.
