Bottle poured into a tulip glass produced a finger worth of white head that dwindled to a thin lace. The body of the brew was golden yellow in color. Aromas of Belgian yeast. Fruity, candy sugar and some pepper comes thru in the end. What else would you expect from Stone but a hoppy triple. It starts off sweet then bam you get hit by the hops. It was Light and crisp in my mouth. Not a bad triple but not my favorite but drinkable none the less

Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks Zvika! Clear honey color. Aroma of piney hops, honey, flowers and some caramel. Sweetish flavor with fruits, malt, some yeast, spices and a dry finish with spicy hops and a bit of alcohol. Medium-bodied.

Bottle date etched on bottom n22 04 08. Medicine cough drop aroma with some spice notes of a Tripel. Yellow body with flat white head bubbly carbination. Little chalky and heavy spice ladden flavor for me. Seems to be some fruit trying get to the taste buds but just isn’t happening. Dry spice aftertaste on palate.

At a tasting, thanks Zvikar, hazy lemony yellowy, mandarine, peach, metalic hints an something soapy. Strong but not overpowering hoppy bitterness, some light spice and some jammy sweetness, strong bitter aftertaste. Not bad but not very belgian.

At a tasting, pours shiny yellow with a medium head, aroma of pineapple, grapefruit, lemon, malt and cheesy notes, flavors of peach, grapefruit and malt, bitter from start to finish, light texture which does not reflect the style, yet fun to drink.

Bottle from IPB. Pours clear peach with a small white head that is short lived. Nose is spicy, some yeast phenols, nice fruity profile (citrus and a bit grapefruit). Some sweetness and maybe some hops also. Some touches of alcohol also. Nice complexity. Taste is mostly spicy. Carbonation is quite soft. Some alcohol. Some yeast here and there but mostly spices. some traces of hops also. Small bitterness on the finish. I’m getting more hops at the end. I like my tripel more fruity and phenolic. This is still a top quality brew, quite refreshing and drinkable. Definitely very enjoyable !

On tap at Taps grand opening. Great mix of Belgian spices, not too sweet, and the hops rounded out the brew. Great beer.
