Bottle, 35,5ml - Moderately clear golden orange beer with a small head. Aroma is very fruity with hints of litchie and yeast. Flavor is malty with notes of litchie, pineapple, yeast and spices. Very drinkable for this style. Underrated beer.

Golden pour with a bubbly white head. Aroma and flavor are sweet and fruity. A bit too sweet, in fact. I wanted this to be great, even gave it a second and third try before finally rating, but it’s a pretty standard overly sweet tripel.

12oz bottle. I was expecting something really great here given the brewers involved. Sadly I have to report that I wasn’t really into this one. It is an OK tripel but nothing special really. Oh well.

12 oz bottle. Golden color, a bit hazy, and well carbonated. Huge floral, spicy, fruity nose. Taste is much "lighter" than the nose. Very soft understated spiciness, some bitterness/tartness, a bit florally. Alcohol is definitely upfront in this beer. Nice mouth and easy to drink. Overall a decent tripel but not what I was expecting.

Delicate aroma is irritating. I wanted huge but got soft and a little herbal. Gold, effervescent, subtle head. Singularly sweet, and while tasty, not very complex.

Pours a hazy gold with a lot of fine suspended particles - very yeasty aroma, with sweet tropical fruits, biscuity malts and a rather present hop bite for the style (but very Stone) - the flavor starts out fairly dry (almost flinty) and strongly bitter, with an almost chalky texture - later, a honey sweetness and moderate belgian yeast phenols poke out from under the bitterness, but those initial hops and dry maltiness remain the dominant character - a bit of tropical fruits in the finish - a decent american version of the style, but kind of a let down considering the collaborating brewers.

12oz bottle. Pours a bright orange color with a very small white head. Nose is yeasty and bready. Palate is full with a nice bitterness. FLavors are very fruity and lack the yeastiness but the belgian triple notes are still there. Mostly biscuity malt. Full enough and a nice clean finish.

12oz brown glass pry-top. No date. Appearance: A hazy orange/amber with a thin, bone-white head that recedes quickly leaving some light spotting. Nose: Lots of pine-y hops right off the bat! Some medium-sweet wheat notes come through and a faint fruitiness. I get a lot of mixed citrus as the hops and the "Belgian" parts meet. Palate: Medium-bodied and clean. There’s the traditional tripel notes here with white peach, earthy/bark notes, and is framed out by a nice hop bitterness and flavors of dried pine, grapefruit and leaves. Notes: This is a seriously good beer! I particularly enjoy how the hops give the beer a frame for the flavors. The keep the tripel from being sweet or overly fruity. Nice work and please brew this one again!
