Bottle shared by emacgee. This tasted kind of similar to that stone cali begian beer that came out a few months back, but maybe this one was a little bit better. Still, kinda boring as far as tripels go.

Bottle pours golden color with white head. Has aroma of yeast and sweet citrus. Medium mouthfeel. Flavor is yeast, alcohol, white pepper, lemon basil, and slight caramel sweetness. I thought this was a nice brew.

Bottle@Home. Floral, herbal, fruity aroma with sweet citrus. Dark yellow colour, white head, good lace. Rather sweet, pretty bitter to very bitter finish, herbal, spicy, citrus. Sticky start, hop dry in the finish. Flavourful, except for the bitterness pretty standard, OK triple.

Pours golden with one finger white head. Aroma is above all floral hops. Underneath is sweet yeast, a slight whiff of alcohol, and spices. Sweet malts and yeast in the flavour with some spicy notes, but it’s dominated by hops. Not bad, but not that interesting either. Just a hopped up tripel.

Bottle. Fruity aroma. Golden body, medium white head. Flavor has lightly sweet fruit, with considerable hops bitterness and a touch of spices. Kind of weird concoction, but certainly not unpleasant. Unimpressive finish.

Bottle@Olympen, Oslo. A clear, deep golden colored beer. Fine, fingerthick white head with long duration. Wheaty, light peppery aroma. Whiffs of citric and floral hops, alcohol and yeast. Medium sweet, wheaty malt flavor. Mild spices, light bitterness and an even lighter fruit note. Healthy body. Oily mouthfeel. A nice brew, does not stand out in any way though.

Very thin white head atop a golden cloudy colored beer. Sweet citrus aroma, some orange peel notes Hops, citrus and orange peel flavor cover a malty undertone with hints of banana. Medium bodied, tingles the tongue to start and then smooths out, some carbonation.

12 ounce bottle in Chimay glass. Golden with flat white head and lace. Lemonade crystals lemon pastry aroma and mild spice aroma. Sweet candy sugar honey melon with lingering spicy hop finish. Medium body and medium carbo. Not bad for an American tripel. Lacks the subtlety of spice and the fluffy soft mouthfeel of the best Belgians.
