A thick mouthfeel on this one. The aroma is a bit boozy, yeasty, grainy, even beery (cheesy). A small but significant white head on a light brown coloured body. The taste has bitterness and yeastiness, not too sweet.

Golden pour with a small wheat head. Aroma is sweet with banana and clove. Very complex fruity, spicey flavor. Not as much hops as I thought it would have, and bit perfumey. Pretty solid for a tripel.

Gold with a small white head. Sweet spicy aroma with yeast and something else very familiar that isn’t quite banana. A hint also of old fashioned pomade. Sweet fruity taste, quite exotic, something like lychee perhaps. Also some apple and citrus. Strong late bitterness in the background. Interesting beer but not really a Belgian tripel.

Bottle pours clear yellow with a small white head. The aroma is banana peach bubble gum. The flavor is clove, sugar, banana, and some hops. As it lingers, there is a ripe yeast note to make it even more interesting. The palate is cleansing and lively. Overall, a nice Triple, and under rated.

Bottle, 12oz, at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. A clear, golden beer with a decent white head. Lovely fruity nose with banana and citrus, and a mild spicy touch. The fruits found in the aroma are found in the flavor too, and the same goes for the spices. In addition there is a sugary touch and a fine bitterness. Full-bodied and on the dry side. Fruity and spiced finish with a fine bitterness. A beer that needs more than a sip to reveal all it has to offer. (080913)

Bottle from utobeer at home. Alround rating: Hoppy, floral, small citrus and peppery character, sweet spicey malts. Not really my style of beer, but drinkable enough.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Off white small head. Sweetness, spice, light yeast and fruits in the aroma. Flavour is spieced, light herbal, fruity and has distinct notes of yeast. Medium to full bodied. Quite dry. Has a sweet and light bitter yeasty end.
