Bottle. Low and quickly disappearing white fluffy head. Hazy golden body. Sweet apple pear honey aroma, very candy like. Flavor likewise sweet apple pear honey with some dry bitterness at the end. Low carbonation. Long aftertaste. Alcohol barely noticeable.

Golden color with a modest off-white head. Aromas pretty much what I would expect from a triple from these guys. Pale malt, light fruit and honey, floral and just a hint of minty hops. Solid aroma that I can find no faults. Flavors again solid. Honey and pale malts, bits of dried flowers and hints of tropical fruit. Hints of alcohol, but not the real phenol or ester types. Finish is lightly fruity with some bananas. LInger has a nice return of pale malt and orange blossom honey.

Bottle. Golden with a small head. Aromas are sweet biscuit and spices with yeast. Some sweet honey with floral notes. Flavours are peach and spices with sweet caramel and lemon. Peppery on the finish with warming alcohol. Decent.

[Bottle] that was an extra in a trade with doubleo. Pours a slightly hazy light gold with a medium head of fine, snowy white bubbles. Aroma is mandarin orange, candi sugar, doughy yeast, and some spices. Flavor has a bit of hops, which surprised me, as they were absent in the aroma. More orange and yeast, quite sweet, and a bit peppery on the finish. Overall an interesting tripel and I was glad to have tried it.

Very light orange, crystal clear, and capped with a small white head. Aroma is full of citrus, some sweet malts, a little spice- but those hops are pretty powerful. Light in flavor, but plenty of it. Spice up front from the yeast which pops on your tongue, light and crisp hops, and a faint, but important malty backbone. The alcohol waits for you to take a bigger swig before showing itself. A nice beer. It took a few swigs to really get into it since I was expecting a more intense tripel, but very solid and refreshing.

12 oz bottle. Clear pink orange with a lacy white head. Quite pretty. Nose is peppery yeast, ginger and orange peel. Medium body with a faint carb tingle. Taste is orange peel, clover, green banana and pink grapefruit with hints of honey. Dry pithy finish with white pepper. Hopping compliments the tripel base adding complexity without overwhelming.

Draught at EBF 2008, Copenhagen. Amber, fruity and moderately hopped. Not too crazy and surprisingly quaffable. Looking forward to the couple of bottles I have stashed away.
