This poured a deep golden with a thin white head that faded quickly. The nose came off-dry with an interesting mix of earth, herb, lemon Pledge, clementine and bubblegum. These flavors continued into the mouth which was medium-bodied with a smooth mid-palate and a dry/bitter/hoppy finish

Golden body, light haziness to it, with a small white head. Interesting earthy tart nose, citrus and some herbal lemony spice that reminded me a bit of something you would find in a Fantome. Dry and crisp with a big yeast floral spice throughout.

Pours a translucent golden with a bubbly white head. Aroma of fresh floral, citrus notes, candy sugar, bready pilsner malt, light spicy notes, light alcohol, lemon grass. Flavor of Belgian candy sugar, lemon grass, lots of mixed citrus, spicy, sweet malty notes. Much thanks to Josh for bringing this one back from CA!

Thanks to thickerfreakness for sharing this bottle! Pours a nice orange golden color with a whitish head. Smell is fresh hoppiness and candi sugar maltiness. Taste is fresh, malty base with some spicy yeasty malt and a nice clean fresh hop flavor. Some banana and pear like fruity flavors with a light lingering bitter finish. Very good for the style.

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a small but lasting head, no lacing. Aromas of spices, coriander, yeast, honey and floral notes. Flavor is a peppery, spicy, yeasty, and a bit herbal. Palate and carbonation are decent. I honestly was let down by this. I expected more from these guys.

12oz bottle. thanks Kan for sharing. pours hazy yellow with white head. nose is spicy, herbal, and phenolic. tastes herbal, spice, bready, and floral. pretty straight forward tripel and very disappointing when you wonder why these 3 brewers got together and put this kind of beer out.

Poured a clear, dark golden color with a small white head but no lacing was left on the glass. Aroma was floral, some coriander, honey, spices, and yeast. Taste of honey, citrus fruits, toasted malts, more spices, grains, and alcohol in the finish.

Tap at Neighborhood bar. Pale golden ber with a light thin white head. Aroma is very hoppy and herbal/floral. Light sweet lemony citrus, lemon peel, orange and a kiss of light fruity apricot. Lean and light Belgian malt aroma. As the beer warms there is a fairly prominent kick of black pepper, ethanol and a lightly spicy kick as well. The apricot/peach character also picks up as the beer warms up. Honeyish as well. It’s pretty nice.
