| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 29, 2009 Bottle from fogdog. Poured hazy gold with a nice white head. Aroma of spiced hops, yeast, bread, fruit. Pretty nice. Taste is also fruity, spiced, and hoppy. Finish is lightly bitter with plenty of tingling carbonation. Mouth was relatively light for the ABV. Overall, a pretty decent Beligan IPA. Rastacouere (5553), Montréal, Quebec, Canada
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jul 28, 2009 An atomic golden, bordering orange topped by a tiny white sheet which fades quickly. Grainy, relatively crisp pale malt bear a honeyed side and a certain juiciness (think sweet and tart fruits akin to yellow apples, apricot and pear) which is complemented by lemony+floral hops. In mouth, it starts quite sweet, but the hops provide an honest bitterness for the style. Not particularly noble in style, particularly not noble in mouthfeel which is straight ad without the refined carbonation found in the best belgian examples. Light-medium bodied, a bit off-fruity finish where old crackers mixed with orange juice and detached bitterness do not feel so integrated. radagast83 (1302), Fairfax, Virginia, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 26, 2009 Bottle. Pours a golden color with a small/medium white head. Aroma is slightly hoppy, with a touch of sweetness, candy sugar, malts. Flavor is a well balanced beverage - not over the top, subtle, good. I’d buy this often if they could make it a regular. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Jul 11, 2009 (Bottle courtesy of Headbanger) - Color is a hazy golden with some sediment. Carbonation is good but light producing a thin small head. Aroma of yeast with some sour fruit scents in the back. Taste is creamy and bitter. Starting with a medium body it goes down with a creamy almost silky feel. Finish is bitter with some fruit and yeast showing through, then some hop spice and a faint coriander taste. In the after taste the bitterness hangs on a bit then a touch of orange comes on with a hint of sweetness. Its not one of the better Triples I have had but its a different take on the style with a lot more bitterness then others. Rciesla (3621), Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA
