Aroma is pleasant and intoxicating with notes of ripe dark fruit, toffee, caramel, light roast, hints of earthiness and slightly boozy. Flavor is sweet and malty with notes of ripe dark fruit, toffee, roast, caramel, brown sugar, hints of butterscotch and smoke. Generally medium body with a pleasing malty and boozy finish. The nose is toffee, caramel and smoky peat. The taste is caramel, dark fruits, brown sugar, citrus hops and a touch of booze. Medium creamy mouthfeel.
