lamas (709), Adams Morgan, Washington DC, USA Feb 6, 2009 22 oz. bottle courtesy of agl108. My bottle says 8.5% ABV. A hazy amber pour with tons of little floaties and a big and fluffy sandy head. BIG aroma features plenty of resiny pine, grapefruits, rich caramel, and roasty malts. Some cherries and rye in the background too. Goes down fairly thick and medium to full-bodied. Lots of caramel, malts, and some hints of rye upfront. Finishes with some bitter, drying grapefruitiness. Warming alcohol at the end. Heavy spiciness throughout. God bless that agl108!
