| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 26, 2009 On tap at Stone. Hazy amber color, with a bright white head that reduced to thick lace. A hint of sourness on the nose, with vinegar and ginger. Yummy taste. Belgian yeasties are hiding in the flavor, along with a hoppiness. Creamy. A salivator for sure, and I like that sensation. It has a bitter crunchy finish. Very good. Dedollewaitor (3759), Odense, Denmark
