| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | May 12, 2009 Poured cloudy yellow with a rocky white head that exploded out of the glass. Good lacing. Spicy sweet aroma packed with ginger, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg, etc. Lemon zest and sweet yeast esters as well. Carbonated, but still heavy in the mouthfeel. The taste is outstanding. Pleasant yeast/banana flavors with orange and lemon zest blended with the lighter malt. Different spice combinations seemed to hit you, similar but never the same. A sweet honey and wheat finish that lingers. And have to agree with JohnGalt1, chamomile is present as well, or at least the spice combination resembles it. Loved it.

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Nov 6, 2009 Serving: 750 ml. bottle.
Appearance: Cloudy, light orange color with a frothy, white head.
Aroma: Honey, candy sugar, light wheat, floral notes, and orange blossoms. Very nice.
Flavor: Lots of sweetness (a bit to much in fact), dry medicinal notes, orange, wheat, and ginger. Somehow the flavor profile never quite comes together.
Palate: High carbonation with a medium-light, sticky mouthfeel and a medium, almost medicinal finish.
Overall: This one kind of falls apart on me. Good nose, but the flavors just never seem to come together in the right way. Not recommended. corby112 (741), philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 1, 2009 Pours a hazy golden orange color with a thin foamy off-white head that quickly fades. Not much in the way of lacing.
Spicy floral aroma with some light crisp fruit notes and citrus peel presence.
Crsip golden fruit flavor with a touch of floral hops and subtle spiciness. Orange peel is prominent with other light crisp fruit, mostly apple and pear. Alcohol very well masked and well balanced making it very quaffable. Slightly sweet with a bitter hoppy dry finish.
