Bottle acquired in trade with VikingHammer (thanks!). Poured a medium and lightly hazy amberish color with a very small sized off white head. Aromas of a bunch of different berries, woodiness, vanilla, and some funkiness. Tastes of the same berries, fruity, funky, vinous, woody, and vanilla. Nice sour finish with a lively body.

Bottle (dregs)… WTF OMG!… Murky, caramel-colored ale with little to no head. The aroma is a nice blend of caramel, bready yeast and acidic funk. Full-bodied and creamy with moderate carbonation. The flavor is sour, with heaps of acidity, but bready, caramel undertones throw a little balance into the mix. Tart, buttery, caramel finish.

Bottle courtesy of someone very generous. Pours copper/mahogany with a white head. Smells of citrus, spicey, peaches, some peppery splashes, light funk. Tastes tarte and dry with some oaky boozy weirdness on the finish.

Bottle. Careful first pour yields a clear pale brown/strawberry colored body with a small off-white head. Interesting lacto and dried strawberry nose - some acetic red apple skins and some semi-sweet peppery brown sugar. Body is surprisingly light, puffy, airy, and soft. Acidity is moderately peppery and spritzy - cola like even. Flavor is soft lactic apple skins and tart strawberries and bing cherries. Overall nicely soft and delicate body with a surprisingly high alcohol content. Quite good, reminds me of authentic Belgian framboise.

Draft at EBF, thanks for BrianK and Vferg telling me i had to try this. This went quickly at all sessions from what i remember. Pours a deep amber body with a thin head. Sour apples with vinous dry notes, lightly woody with some brett. This beer is awesome!

Hazy orange amber color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of wild yeast, vanilla oak barrel, toast, and light fruit. Taste of citrus fruits, vanilla, wild yeast, funky, dark fruits, and a sour finish.

Tap at EBF. One of the few standouts at the entire fest. Pours a medium amber with almost a violet highlight, and a pinkish dull beige head and good cobwebby lace. Aroma is tons of brett funk, moderate raspberry cobwebby stale but nice jam- nutty, earthy and light spice with a slight tart hint, with a good tannic almost vinous nose. Flavor is more raspberry jam, moldy funky raspberries, red tannic and slightly astringent wine, earth, funk, dirt, almost a pedio funk-tartness, and a nice acidic mostly sour finish, but not overwhelmingly sour. This is like the raspberry version of innoculator.

Thanks to hopdog, pours a murky golden orange with a smaller bubbly off white head. Aroma of perfume, very floral, very woody, vanilla, light alcohol, tart cherry, light raspberry notes and barnyard notes. Flavor of tart raspberries, cereal grains, very sour, funky, barnyard, dry french oak and very dry.
