Commercial Description:
Brewed with 300 #’s fresh shredded pumpkin and 200 #’s of toasted pumpkin seed (for 15 bbl batch). No spices. Beer was cooled in our cool ship on Halloween night 2008. It was then piteched with our house strain, and after primary ferment, it was placed in french oak (previously holding Chardonnay).

Orange-amber, great head. Full sugar pumpkin aroma. Flavors of vanilla, luxurious pumpkin. Crisp aroma and flavor. Said to be unspiced, but I detect coriander. Unexpectedly bitter finish.
