Dec 4, 2005 A hazy orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet spicy combined with notes of peaches, alcohol, and hints of hops. The flavor is very sweet and very spicy - I detect coriander, but also a fruitiness with peaches coming thru. The end is dry and still spicy.

Jul 19, 2005 (750ml bottle) Hazy apple juice body with big off white head, most of which dissipates fairly quickly. Aroma is moderately sweet, orange, lemon, coriander, light pepper. Taste is moderately sweet, orange, lemon, some banana, cantalope, pepper, coriander, light herbal, alcohol. Creamy medium-full body that leaves a light coating on the tongue, some acidity in the finish. I was skeptical of the concept, but I should have known better than to doubt Allagash (other than for Curieux).
