Oct 9, 2007 Pours a golden-yellow color. Has a fruity, yeasty smell with a similar taste. The mouthfeel is very lively. A good tripel, recommended.

Oct 7, 2007 Light bright orange pour with a bubbly quickly fading head. Smell is like every fucking belgian i’ve ever had. That awful funky, rotten yeast smell that I abhor, only with a bit of rotten fruit and alcohol covering it up. Taste is lightly fruity, dry bland sweetness. Uninteresting, and a complete drainpour for me. I’d rather drink any pale lager.

Oct 2, 2007 batch #96. pours a cloudy dark yellow with a one finger fluffy white head. aroma is wheat, yeast, and banana with some lemon and a touch of hops. has a medium body with good lacing and carbonation. flavor is the same as aroma but stronger with some bread. not to bad kind of a weiss tripel combo. the hops come out a little more as it warms in the flavor. also the carbonation is lively on the tongue.

Sep 28, 2007 Pours a slightly hazy gold body. Aroma is candy sugar sweet, herby and a little earthy. Flavour is sweet and yeasty with s spicy tinge. Turns to an earthy grassy hop bitterness as it finishes. Well balanced brew.

Sep 25, 2007 Light grain and light yeast aroma. Nice balance. Cloudy pale orange color with a large white head. Light fruit malt taste. Not as grapish as other tripels. Good amount of carbonation.

Sep 19, 2007 Corked bottle, batch 102. Pale gold in color. Clover, a hint of citrus, and a touch of banana in the aroma. The taste is very clove, spice, corriander, and yeasty too. The finish is long and dry, but in a good way.

Sep 14, 2007 Draft at Capones. Looks like a tripel. Smells like a tripel. Soild beer nothing wrong, but again nothing special. A soild interpretation of the style.
