Commercial Description:
This golden hued ale is marked by passion fruit and herbal notes in the aroma, with subtle suggestions of banana and honey surfacing from its deep and complex palate. The Tripel's finish is remarkably long and soothing.

Tastes like honey and yeast and malt. Pours a nice saturated yellow color with a decent sized soapy head. Tastes like honey and malt. Pretty good but I was surprised to see it was considered one of the best.

Bready, doughy yeast aroma, quicly mixed with and then dominated by apple-peach fruit. Taste is that doughy yeast with touchs of honey, vanilla, banana, and soon alcohol, has a little grainey hop harshness in finish. Well done for style, just something I would not reorder because of yeast domination

Pours a hazy yellow with a lacy white head. Aroma is largely citrus and slight banana. Taste is the same, with spice, clove, and some slight honey included as well. Mouthfeel is incredible, definitely at least one of the best examples of a tripel I’ve ever tasted.

Bottled. Yellow colour, good head. Good malty vanilla aroma without the expected, sometime yuky sweetness in tripels. Great pale malty mouthfeel with no obvious flavour profile, this is fruity and floral and just balanced.

Bottled. Deep golden with a large head. Malty and rather vinous aroma; yeasty. Fruity and spicy flavour; apricots, raisins, coriander, pepper.

Hazxy yellow color. Yeasty, fruity aroma with a malt profile. Yeasty, malty flavor, some fruity notes. Good, but a bit onedimensional.
