May 17, 2007 Beautiful deep golden body with a beautiful white head; Beautifully elegant nose, very Belgium tripel like, deep and balanced; Huge soft textured body with a big soft carbonation, balanced; Long finish with lots of aroma that lasts very long. Great and very well made beer.

Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruit, herbal / spices. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Medium to full bodied with an average carbonation and light hint of alcoholic texture. Flavor was sweet with some bitterness. Spicy sweet finish.
