Commercial Description:
This golden hued ale is marked by passion fruit and herbal notes in the aroma, with subtle suggestions of banana and honey surfacing from its deep and complex palate. The Tripel's finish is remarkably long and soothing.

Good classic tripel aroma. Maintains head. Dry and mild but with reasonably flavorfull esters. A bit overly harsh bitterness on the finish with some lingering off flavors.

Bottle "Tripel Ale" from Brattleboro Food Co-op. Dark yellow body with thin, rocky head. Floral nose with banana and orange aroma. Nice and spicey. With fruit flavours, including banana and oranges. Sweet and spicy in the finish with ABV noticeable. Well done!

Aroma of yeast, some citrus hops, and sweet malt. Appearance is cloudy, with a light orange head and lacing. Flavor has light spices and coriander, citrus.

Bottle. Orange tan, meidum small off white head. Smells of bread, pear, clove. A little sweet malt, then turns bready, finishes with some nice spice and a bit of bitterness. A highly enjoyable triple.

Nice dark yellow orange color and great fluffy head. Nice aroma of spice and fruit. Some citrus, orange, and pinapple. Taste is yeasty and crisp with a lot of spice. Nice sweetness and some hops too. A bit of alcohol and dry end.

750 mL into tulip. Pours a deep cloudy orange with a thick, IPA-like, beige head that sticks around and leaves some spotty lacing. Subdued aroma of dry hops, orange peel, yeast, and dough. Taste is- wow- much more alcoholic and warming than I expected. After the initial shock, there is fresh orange, pineapple, apricots, and other light fruits in the complex mix. Not too sweet though with good balancing spicy hops. Fruity, dry finish.

Maybe some oxygen got into this bottle, but it had a hoppy pilsner-like dry bitterness to it of which I was not a fan. There was an awesome thick white head on top of a cloudy golden beer. Excellent lacing as well. Aroma was yeast and spices with some banana. Flavor was very slight honey and banana sweetness followed by an ugly bitterness perhaps best enjoyed by hop heads. Finish would be very enjoyable without the bitterness.

bottle - Pours cloudy gold with an ample head. It smells of yeast with citrus and bready malt. The flavor is sweet and citrus rich with very apparent yeast and a medium, bubbly body. It’s quite good, but I’m not getting the complexity that others are finding to make it great.
